A wood burning heater with a water tank is heavy, and it runs hot for hours at a time. The WL110 is the plate Harvia makes to go underneath it, a single sheet of aluminium-zinc-coated steel finished in black.
It measures 560 by 635 mm, the larger of the two Harvia beddings, and it is sized for stoves with a water tank and for big models such as the Harvia 36.
Harvia builds the WL110 for wood burning heaters with a water tank and for other large models, the Harvia 36 among them. At 560 by 635 mm it gives those stoves a full footprint to stand on.
If your heater is in the Legend range, the smaller WL100 bedding is the matching size.
The height adjusts between 60 and 75 mm. Set the four adjusters and the plate sits flat even where the floor falls away, which is normal in a wet room built to drain.
The same adjustment is what holds the stove clear of the floor surface underneath it.
Tile laid over a water barrier is the normal floor under a sauna stove, and Harvia’s own instruction is that a protective bedding must be used when the heater stands on one. This is that part, from the company that made the heater.
On a wooden floor the bedding is not enough by itself. A protective sheath is needed as well.

On a wooden floor a compatible protective sheath is needed as well as the bedding. Tell us which stove you are fitting and we can point you to the right one.
The bedding is the part that goes in before the stove does, so it is worth settling at the same time as the heater rather than after it is standing in the room.
